SUBMISSION TERMS & RELEASE

Thank you for your interest in submitting your work to Swing High Publishing, LLC. Before sending any materials, please carefully read the following terms. By submitting your manuscript, illustrations, or other creative work (“Submission”) to us—whether by email, online form, or mail—you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Unsolicited Submissions

• All submissions are made voluntarily and without any promise of review, publication, or payment.

• Swing High Publishing may, at its sole discretion, accept or decline to read any submission.

2. No Confidential Relationship

• We do not accept submissions in confidence.

• You understand that your submission is not confidential, and no fiduciary, agency, or other special relationship is created by your submission.

3. Similar Ideas and Independent Creation

• Swing High Publishing regularly develops and acquires projects that may be similar in theme, subject, characters, titles, or style to your submission.

• By submitting, you agree that you will not hold Swing High Publishing liable for any use of similar material that was:

  • Independently created by us,

  • Already in our possession before your submission, or

  • Obtained from another source.

4. Intellectual Property

• You affirm that:

  • The submission is your original work.

  • You have the right to submit it for consideration.

  • It does not infringe on any copyright, trademark, or rights of others.

• You retain full copyright to your work unless we enter into a written publishing agreement.

5. No Obligation

• Reviewing your submission does not obligate Swing High Publishing to offer a contract, provide feedback, or return submitted materials.

6. Recordkeeping

• We may keep a copy of your submission for reference and legal recordkeeping, even if we do not publish it.

7. Agreement

By sending your submission, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not send us your work.
