We want you to be delighted with every purchase from SwingHighBooks.com. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it better.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on all books, as long as they are:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To request a return, please email us at help@swinghighbooks.com with your order number and reason for the return. We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Please note that since we offer free shipping on all products, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Please note:

  • We cannot accept returns on canvas prints, as these are printed on-demand and drop-shipped directly from the printer.
  • We cannot accept returns on digital products or downloadable content unless the file is defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your book or product arrives damaged or has a printing defect, we will gladly replace it. Just contact us at help@swinghighbooks.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the product and your order details.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
